Angry Troll Brewing is Elkin, NC's homegrown local Restaurant, brewery, and Taproom located within a renovated historic Main Street warehouse. Allow us to bring you a great downtown experience of warm community, awesome food, and delicious craft beer!

Angry Troll Brewing was founded from the inspiration of Elkin’s historic Hugh Chatham Memorial bridge, built in 1931, that connected the towns of Elkin and Jonesville and was demolished in 2010. Our brewery is beside where the beloved bridge had passed. And thus, the Angry Troll name began by recalling the story of “The troll under the bridge” as a way to remember that lost iconic Elkin landmark. The bridge passed directly over the front door into our taproom.
