Public Event · by firstname.lastname@example.org
MOUNT AIRY, N.C. (Oct. 1, 2019) – More often than not, the Halloween season is a festive time for kids, filled with plenty of sugar, laughter and fun. However, for many parents, Halloween can be a time of anxiety, especially when it comes to ensuring the safety of children during those extensive trick-or-treating sessions. Luckily, thanks to its high-quality network, U.S. Cellular is here to alleviate the stress that this nighttime merriment can bring. Whether it’s recommending the best app to quickly locate all members of the family or lending a hand to set up alarms on your child’s device for that check-in phone call, U.S. Cellular has got your back.
U.S. Cellular associates in Mount Airy on Saturday, Oct. 12 at 9:00 a.m. at 752 S. Andy Griffith Parkway are hosting a free Device Workshop, where they can hand out helpful safety tips for Halloween this year. The workshop is open to everyone, and you do not need to be a U.S. Cellular customer to attend.
“While Halloween is all about giving and getting a few scares here and there, it’s also important to be safe and avoid those serious moments of fright, especially when it comes to family and children,” Nathan Waddell, director of sales for U.S. Cellular in western North Carolina said. “If our team of tech experts can guide families on how to stay safe using the latest tech devices and apps, then that’s the sweetest treat we can give to parents this season.”
