This is a presentation and discussion about what complex problems are and different ways to design solutions to these problems, using examples local to our community. We also consider �deceptively simple decisions� and ideas for more thorough decision making with evidence such as data and observations. We explore how complex problem solving and evidence-based decision making can be supported with software designed and developed by VESIC.
