Come enjoy the sunset and stay for the stars! Various events throughout the day will be held to celebrate the 100th Anniversary of North Carolina State Parks.

Events include a fishing derby, guided hike celebrating National Trails Day!, and bluegrass/ folk music coupled with a Sunset Program followed by stargazing from the Summit Parking Lot as our sun sets over the mountains of western North Carolina!
