Have you ever wanted to try your hand at wine-making? This is your chance to create your own signature blend! We have a selection of 8-10 barrel-aged red varietals that are ready for blending & you get to be the winemaker!
Once you have created & perfected your blend, our staff will assist you in blending, bottling & labeling a case of your signature wine to take home with you.

At the end, you will be able to taste the blends made by others & vote on the best. Round Peak will then make a limited production of the winning wine!

Two winemaking sessions will be available on Saturday, Jan 16th 11:00am-3:00pm and 3:00pm-7:00pm.
Reservations are required and space is limited.

Cost is $300 per couple (Wine Club discounts apply) and price includes instruction, wine, lunch & a case of your signature blend. Additional cases of your blend or the winning wine available for purchase upon request.
