Hugh Chatham Memorial Hospital and R. Stevens Meadows, M.D. are offering FREE training For Family Members of Patients with Dementia/Alzheimer�s.

Equips family to handle challenges of caring for a loved one with Dementia/Alzheimer�s.

Small group setting, offering personalized support and encouragement.

Please plan to come to both session for the most information. (Oct 16th & Oct 23rd).

Offering hope and help to you, the family caregiver.

Will be in the the Cardiac Classroom. Light meal served.
