Everything we need to know is inside of us - yet so often we search the outer world to find answers. Come and experience what it's like to tune-in, practice inquiry and awareness with yourself and sense how what you discover applies to your daily life.
After a yoga practice Yvette will invite questions and insights to further explore how yoga therapy can assist in life change and personal transformation. NO yoga experience is necessary.
