Safe, high quality home canned foods begin with the right equipment being used properly. Why risk losing your time and money through spoilage?

Join us for one of our two "Basic Food Preservation" workshops! These workshops will provide reliable, up-to-date canning instructions. We will also be testing dial gauge canning lids for accuracy!
