We are very excited to participate in Surry Arts Council�s Art in Nature Celebration. This weekend visit Minglewood Farm & Nature Preserve to explore the arts in the natural world!

Saturday June 11, 10:00 am-3:00 pm, Art in Nature Celebration for kids and families.

Designated art areas throughout the preserve will offer children opportunities to create artwork from nature. There will also be a music area for the kids and a poetry and written word station to inspire children from natural world.

Sunday June 12, 1:00-4:00 pm, Family Scavenger Hunt

Minglewood will host scavenger hunts on the hour, the last at 3pm, families will hike in the forest while using cell phone photography to collect items spied from the list.

Sunday June 12, 5-until Sunday Supper, a Farm to Table Meal

Sunday Supper at Minglewood with Chef Chris Wishart featuring produce from Minglewood and other foods from the surrounding area! $60 per person, for reservations call 336-351-2945, limited seating.
