3rd annual Ride

Veterans Memorial Park

The Northwestern Regional Library will be having their third annual Ride for Readers on Saturday, May 24th. All proceeds from the Ride for Readers will help our libraries in Alleghany, Stokes, Surry and Yadkin Counties purchase ebooks. Riders will meet at this year�s host site, Veterans Memorial Park in Mount Airy. Kickstands will be up at 10:00am.

Everyone is invited to ride a motorcycle, classic car, or an everyday car. All vehicles will be going the same route, touring the scenic Yadkin Valley area. Along the way there will be stops to get tickets for the 50/50 raffle and prize drawings and to select cards for the optional Poker run. The day will conclude back at Veterans Park for lunch and live music by 5Play.

$20 for riders, $5 for adult passengers, and children 12 and under ride for free, which includes lunch
