We ate there Saturday & I thought it was the Best Burger I have had in a while ,Food was Really Good

Alex's is a small local chain, started on Summit St. in Winston, then another in Lewisville, one in East Bend and the owner also bought the Battle Branch Cafe' in Farmington. Each location had good food at the beginning, but depending on whoever is hired as manager, quality can go downhill fast!

some of betty boop's images are in the public domain making if they are images of that era then its legal to use... back to the real subject its ok food at outragous prices

I figure the owners must have a lot of money stashed or the prices are outrageously high. Either way, how can a small town restaurant start up with the huge overhead of just the Betty Boop licensing fees for using her images on the store windows?
