I was lucky--a friend of mine knew how to fix my problem because the same thing had once happened to them. So glad it is working properly now!

It's been quite a while now but I'm having some computer problems again. The bottom half of my laptop screen looks like it has a gray film of tiny vertical lines downit. The second line I'm typing and I can barely read it. I have already shut down once and it is the same. When I sign on my laptop and the webpage that usually comes up is the same but it has those same tiny vertical lines in rainbow colors halfway down the screen. When I surf the net it becomes more gray lines with a hint of yellow and blue and it is hard to read through this "film."I hope this can be fixed!
