Valvano was not found guilty of anything either. Point is Unc likely will be charged with the same thing. Due to the UNC BOG being UNC grads, there is a double standard in place. Otherwise they would have demanded Roy's job. Still could happen when it is over. The notice of allegations clearly states that the fake classes were put in place to keep athletes eligible.

Lol, duke basketball report . Wow, the school who never does wrong but keeps everything hush hush hiding behind the private school crap. What I think is they should worry about there basketball players. Partying at beverly hills party with celebrities. BEACHGOER----- I feel sorry for you, state hasn't won ncaa/acc title in the big three sports in how long ? World War 1&2, the phone & tv was invented. Cars was invented, the computer was invented, aol, espn and tv started covering sports, cell phones were invented,and so on.

How? Ncaa over only athletics , sacs is over academic side. If sacs pulled there membership they wouldn't be able to give degrees, plus could have pulled former students degrees. They didn't. Ncaa will look at it

Sacs put unc on probation. Good news is they didn't pull there licenses. By sacs they were ruled eliable players because no degrees were pulled from athletes or regular students. Now fight the impermissible benefits in the noa from ncaa because it wasn't it was offered,to all students. Let judge court figure it out if ncaa tries to take,any wins, titles away- note----which I don't think so. Or postseason ban take them to court. But think it maybe fines and scholarships reduce for 2-3 years at most, at worst 1 season postseason ban starting in 2016-17 season after unc has shot to win this season. Because from what I hear it will be close to end of year or after first of year before it gets worked out. Unc then could chose 2016-17 as there ban year. But I think and hope it's just scholarship s reduced, fines , probation. Maybe Roy , Larry fedora, Mike Fox just has to set out some games at worse.

We're is all the students and professors and unc brass you speak of ? Funny I haven't seen all these students and unc brass and professors admitting to anything. They haven't said it on tv or newspaper. A few football players, 3-4 and a former basketball player isn't hundreds of students, - note all of them didn't make it in nba or nfl. Plus one female that happens to be sister of basketball player who stated his claim. Yet many of former unc players though all sports claim its a lie or that they didn't do it. Plus former teammates claim his claims are a lie and didn't happen with them.

No, your wrong. Mccants did not give his story to investigators or ncaa when given the chance. About him sueing unc funny his case never came up. No , mccants was proven right. He said he didn't go to class, he didn't turn in work. Yet report said papers were turned in and graded . Everyone was graded the same and professors wasn't gradeing papers right way. Again he said he went to class and did his work , then says he didn't year's later Lol

Unc wasn't involved in this. They fired professors and tutors after finding out. Again MCCANTS LIED, he was asked for his transcript s and story and denied to tell story or show proof he said he had. Again McCants former teammates on team and even in nba teammates said he was different and lies and really out there. So your taking mccants word for it after he said in 2004 espn interview that going to unc was like jail, they made sure you went to class and made good grades. Which mccants do you believe? This whole thing has nothing to do with anyones hate, UNC brought this upon themselves, and now they are about to pay the price for their wrongdoing, wrongdoing that they have admitted.
