The NCAA delivered its notice of allegations to UNC after a investigation into the university's athletic programs.
After investigating allegations of rule violations made by former faculty , the NCAA submitted a notice of allegations to UNC

The university is accused of a "lack of institutional control," according to a report by The Associated Press.
The NCAA typically reserves its strongest penalties and sanctions for those universities that fail to adequately monitor their athletic departments -- who exhibit a lack of control over, in the NCAA's words, the "formal institutional policies and procedures" meant to prevent schools from breaking NCAA rules.

Lol NOA has been issued, rumor is its several several major violations including lack of instutional control. Gonna be bad tarholes.

Lol, almost every bit of syracuses punishment was due to the academic scandal, this stated by the ncaa.

N c state is listed on list of most scandals in ncaa history lol. Also. I knew about that, state & dook fans would say it's bad news if ncaa send a letter congratulating Roy or unc worker on winning a lottery. Rumor is July when ncaa will finish it's findings, then the response from unc takes 6 to 8 months.

Academic scandal not athletic scandal. More than sports students in classes. Also ncaa made a statement few weeks ago. That the academic side wasn't there jobs. It was the school problem they enforced the rules on the athletic side. In short says that if school says players passed classes had enough credits to play that's on the school. Now they may fine unc and take 3 recruits scholarships away for a year or two about it if they do anything. Willingham not going to court or talking now with settlement, McCants was lieing to begin with and wouldn't swear under oath or talk to anyone of investigaters or ncaa. Wily the tutor not being charged or talking.going to be hard to say who's and who's not degree is legit. So I say they do nothing , because classes were a paper class with graded paper

Also alot speculation about the nova pg who's eligible for a immediate transfer, if that happens look for dukes version of a dukes own platoon system.
