I think Ashe and Starmount will be the top 2. And downwards that will be tough.

N Wilkes will be majorly down this year, they lost almost all of their O and their D wasn't much at all. I think E Wilkes will have a good year, they will be the underdog surprise squad. W Central wll be tough to figure due to the new guy at H Coach. Elkin will be a lot like last year; decent athletes, mediocre line. W Wilkes is middle of the road, and Alleghany will be a ? mark to see if they were not one year wonders.

North Dominate??? (2013) The conference Championship was split 3 ways!!! And No they will be down!! ASH, Elkin, Starmount will fight for #1 ,, East and WC will be much Improved..
