@ Plainasday... LOL I am not his parent for real I'm not that old... But they conference that the coaches, sports director, and the student had Friday was told all the other day was what really happened... He didn't quit they wouldn't let him play after he injured his foot agaiin the coaches told him he had to keep going no matter what or to quit... So I thank that you would consider saying he was forced to quit... And if you have played with Cody for a while you know how much he loves Football... But like I said if it was you, you would think different... But I hope that you never have to o thru this at all... And good luck to you and the rest of the North football players...

I am a student, not a child. I am also in that class. The class is just as tough as most practices are. There is a rule that if a player quits a sport then they cant start another sport until the first ones season is over. I also do respect my coaches and all they have done a lot. All I'm sayin is I think he misunderstood what the coaches were sayin. The coaches are the ones that asked him to play this season anyway. I've seen kids with broken ankles, bad knees, and broken thumbs in that class and they worked with all of them so they could workout anyway. They just dont want us to injure ourself again or make it worse. Your son is a good football player and ive played with him a while and the coaches wouldnt do anything to hurt him. Im just saying i think somethings misunderstood cause these coaches care a lot about us all.

@Plainasday, how bout they told him that if he wasn't able to play football that he couldn't wrestle, lift weights, or anything else at the school... Why don't you ask them about that... But, all of that changed Friday didn't it... So now he will be lifting weights and doing everything and there is nothing they can do about it... You are a child, therefore, you do not know and comprehend what is going on... When you get older and you see what these coaches are trying to do maybe then you will... I understand you have all out respect for your coaches but in my eyes I don't understand how someone that is suppose to care for children can do something to hurt a child even more then what he was already hurting... But, anyway he gets to lift weights and everything so I am not worried about it anymore... I actually wish that he would just transfer to Central but I don't thank he will do that...

all i know is that if i got hurt, i'd still be here watching, learning, and supporting my teammates. especially if i loved the game as much as you say he does. and if he's not able to play or wrote out by the doctor then don't play and forget about it. but DONT GET ON HERE BASHING OUR COACHES OR OUR PROGRAM ! just dont play and leave it at that.

DEAR PLAINASDAY, YOU MAY HAVE BEEN GOING TO PRACTICE,BUT BEFORE YOU START TALKING ABOUT SOMETHING YOU DON`T UNDERSTAND OR IS TO HARD FOR YOU TO UNDERSTAND,,GO TO SCHOOL MONDAY AND TELL THE COACH THAT YOU WANT TO SEE THE DOCTORS REPORTS.AND THEN ALL OF YOU THAT DON`T KNOW CODY,WILL KNOW WHO IS LYING.

@Plainasday... For one I ain't #55... And I ain't for sure that you are talking bout the same one because this one attended practices even when the doctor told him not to... But he was determined to help and wanted to support your team... And complained to the doctors in Charolette how bad he wanted to be there with yall until the doctors finally told him ok they seen he was going to whether they ok it or not but told him to work his foot into it... And the coaches didn't want to believe that and actually told us on the phone Monday that they thought that he had forged the doctors note NOW I am not for sure but it an adult thinks that a child has forged a note would they not call his parents... And no I'm not one of his parents... But aye why don't you let me take you to Charolette and let the doctors cut you foot all the way down on both sides put 2 dead peoples bones in there, pop all of your joints in your foot back in place, and then cut up the back of your leg and put new muscles, ligaments, and tendons in it... And see how you feel... Escpecially, when you want to do something so bad, and you try but then people want to thank you forged something and instead of calling the doctor who put his number on the note, or the parents pushed you til you messed it up again... And then walk, run, and play on that foot everyday until it swells to were it looks like it is 5 times as big as it is suppose to be and bout to bust... How about doing that and then lets see how you feel... This young man eats, sleeps, and breathes to play football and you know this and now he cant... Really??? Is that the way that it works now??? I wish North all the luck in the world but I don't thank that it is right of what they did to this young man...
