Sorry, Old School , I just he might be someone I should take a look at.
I may be more old school than you are (graduated high school in 1960) and I remember when Roman Gabriel was at NC State and the story was he could throw a football 100 yards and hit a tire swinging from the goal post

Bandit, I am sorry you screened for statistics and missed the point. If it was 30 yards, the point would be the same.

Is there anything wrong with just making suggestions?

That, I want to stress to begin with. I realize an armchair quarterback cannot help the team. However I do have a couple of suggestions for the West Wilkes coach. Get at least one more ground play. Air the ball out a few times to spread the defense, and for all the coaches, what ever happened to wrapping up the runners legs. I get so tired of watching defenders hit runners like a bowling ball and bounce off and keep running, or trying to tackle them by grabbing their shoulder pads. My goodness boys, they cant run with their legs locked together. If you cant throw the down wait on someone else to come knock them over. While I am on my soapbox let me say this: I realize you gotta use what you have but if I had a quarterback that could throw 90 yards, I would probably let him throw it a few times even if he threw it into the stands, just to let them know he could throw.
