But the bottom line is unc, how did they fair against Notre Dame, Va. Tech, Clemson and especially ECU. Oh yeah Liberty beat ASU (Appalachian if you are not sure which ASU) who only win comes against Campbell???? Some resume, but there is always NC State and Wake. Maybe!!!!!!

Dook did good I'll give you that. But unc played as good as any team has in acc vs dotre dame & Clemson .unc played good teams also. Notre dame 6-0 , Clemson 4-2, VT - 4-2, ECU- 5-1, liberty 4-3, sd st.- 3-3 not faced a team with a loading record. 26- 11 combined . So they done ok with young team, but the defense is what killing us. Offense has scored 30 are more every time But last week. So future looking bright

I agree with Bill Murray, not bad for 3 basketball first schools. Dook playing in championship acc game last season, unc and moo u beating some top ranked teams a few times last 10 years or so. Don't think they will be top 5 program, but think we all would be happy with 7-8. Wins or more a year Plus pulling some upset wins and and decent bowl games every year

Duke, UNC, and NC State are on the up tic, not there with FSU and Clemson yet. However their programs are being elevated and their recruiting is getting better. They all have entered the arms race and are in the process of or have up grated their facilities. The only one that has taken a step backwards is Wake Forest when they lost Coach Grobe. Nice to see state universities on the up swing!

UNC is a basketball school. Never said a word about them being great or a big time football program. 5 ncaa titles, 18 final fours, 2nd most ncaa tourney wins, 3rd overall in wins. Tells me basketball first school. Same as dook is a basketball school. But I'm a unc fan in all sports. The biggest problem with unc football team this season is defense. The offense put 41 on ecu & 35 on Clemson.at there houses.fedora real good offensive coach, the offensive cor. Coach is ok, but the defensive cor. Coach needs to go.in the acc there's Clemson , hurricanes, fsu, vt ,most years , and unc, state, dook are as good as the rest in football .
