The Martin report did not come back without wrong doing? He was Hired by UNC....he said and I quote "With the access to records he had It was an academic issue, not an athletic issue" Even though nearly ALL students in the classes that were (fraud, fake, no show, paper, whatever you want to call them now) were ATHLETES??? You can save yourself the 7-8 investigations crap, until there is an INDEPENDENT investigation there has not been one. That is like myself hiring an IRS auditor to inspect my records....I am the one writing the checks, they will find what I tell them to.
