TACO Soup/Chili

1 lb lean ground beef (if using a fattier mixture, brown beef first and drain off grease)
1 lg can enchilada sauce
1 lg jar salsa (any heat strength you prefer)
1 pkg Taco Seasoning
1 pkg Ranch dressing mix
1 can Ro-Tel or similar product
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can pinto beans
1 can black beans
1 can kidney beans

Place in a 5-6qt crockpot:

Stir everything together, cover, and cook on high for several hours or on low overnight. Serve with tortilla chips and a dollop of sour cream.

(if using a larger crock pot, you can increase corn, and each type beans to 2 cans each without sacrificing flavor)
