Finding a good painter is easy, there are a ton of them in the classifieds.

Finding one that will show up... that's the hard part

Whichever one you hire, refuse to pay them hourly and only agree to a project rate. It's normal to pay half upfront and half upon completion, so definitely do not pay the remainder until you're 100% satisfied!
