public service announcement regarding the bridge street apartments in elkin.
if you value your health and sanity steer clear of this slum .
black mold
families of 4+ living in 1br apartments
(even tho I'm told no overnight guests)
dogs and cats in every apartment
(even tho she told me no pets)
black mold in the bathroom
bugs everywhere of several types
refrigerator leaks water all over whatever is in it and pretty sure its poison
never any hot water for a shower
probably due to the over occupancy idk
condescension and judgement by the less than desirable jennifer who "manages " the site.
door has been kicked in at some point and she repaired it with a screw so that I cant even lock my deadbolt.
she has yelled at me in the front yard harassing me while calling me every name she could think of and threatening me with various things.

I have proof of all these things so this is fact not slander

if you ot anyone u care remotely about is considering living here I suppose a shelter or prob a cardboard box would be better...no joke...
