I just switched to a galaxy S9 plus There is this annoying beep that goes off every 30 minutes or so.... Ugggg what is it and how do I turn it off

If you pull down from the top of the screen it should show the quick settings page where you can quickly adjust different items on the phone. Look for something that has a picture of a phone screen on it and see if it says portrait or landscape. If it says auto rotate or something similar then tap it so it only shows Portrait. This will keep it from auto rotating.

I have a Samsung galaxy J3 I cant figure out how to set it to where the screen won't flip on it. Any help would be greatly appreciated
