Hi guys, welcome to Dodge City Steakhouse. We're the Elkin and Wilkesboro area's choice for great steaks, chicken and ribs. Opened the door on March 17, 2011. Located at 2001 North Bridge Street in Elkin, NC and 4803 US Hwy 421 W in Wilkesboro, NC we are just a short drive from Mount Airy or Boone. Our mission is simple, excellent food at a good price and a great atmosphere with great hospitality. We are a family friendly restaurant that balances the rustic feel of the mid-west with a more modern flair to our menu. Our executive chef is Aaron Huson and Kyle Delaney. Chefs Aaron and Kyle have been with us from day one and have vast experience in the culinary arts. We credit their experience and great leadership for our continued success. We are proud that they chose a home with us here at Dodge City. Chef Aaron and Kyle's devotion to cooking and eagerness to create a meal loved by everyone is a large part of what we hope will be a memorable experience. Our menu contains an assortment of appetizers, entree's, sandwiches, salad's, and desserts. The staff here at Dodge City Steakhouse strives to offer quality food and exemplary customer service.

Always have had excellent service and food. Get there early on a Sunday, they get really busy. The specials are always delicious . Real steak, in the chicken fried steak and the pork chops are so tender you don't need a knife. One of my new time area favorites!

Just had the best filet I've ever eaten. The waiter (Delane I think) was fantastic. Highly reccomend!!!

We love it at dodge city our experience has always been positive. Even when things aren't perfect we mention it to the manager and our problems are quickly resolved. (That's all we could ever ask.) This is one of our favorite restaurants and the apple bacon pork chop is the BEST!

Without the help of chef Robert Irvine of the Food Channel's Restaurant Impossible, this place will not be in business very long. It seems that management of Dodge City has yet to learn that they need customers much more than their customers need them. In the competitive business environment of restaurants, every customer's business must be earned and appreciated. When a customer has a bad experience and asks to speak to a manager, it is the manager's duty to make things right and ask for another chance to earn that customer's business. It is a poor manager who argues with the customer about whether a proper apology was given and then shows her own insecurity by saying to the customer, "Don't tell me how to run my business, I know how to run my business..." Dodge City owners and management, make that call for help before you run yourselves right of the business.

I had heard that this restaurant had reopened about a year ago. I have held off thinking it would go the way of all the others...but curiosity finally got the best of me. I have rode by weekend after weekend and the parking lot is always full, now I know why. The food and atmosphere is nothing like it used to be. I will be eating here very often in the future.

Loved it... one of our favorite restaurants. Always has a pleasant atmosphere and the food is fantastic.

Called Dodge City Steakhouse at 5:15 this evening to order my Daddy a steak for Father's Day at 6:51 he finally got to eat his steak. When I called in my order I was told that it would be 20 minutes. When I got there to pick it up, my order had never even been put in. I waited for 15 minutes before someone even told me what was going on. The lady at the bar said "Your order was never put in. Do you still want it"? When I asked to speak with a manager the owner comes up and says "I'm sorry we must have forgot to put your order in since we are so busy and I hate that I am going to lose a customer but that's business".
In the last 3 times I have been to Dodge City I have got nothing but horrible service. This will be the last time that I will spend my money on crappy service and food!

Quickly becoming my favorite local steakhouse! Love the New York Strip, excellent salad, and the peppercorn dressing is awesome! I even love the rolls.

Only thing I don't love is the sweet potato. They serve cinnamon-butter instead of sugar, cinnamon, and butter separate, so I don't get to adjust the flavor the way I like.
