NANNIES CROCKPOT PINTOS
NANNIES CROCKPOT PINTOS

So good for you and your family with a cake of good ole cornbread on a cold winter day.. Easy to make.

1 Pound Bag Of Pintos
1 ham hock or salted pork
water to cover beans
jalepeno (optional)

Check your beans for rocks and loose beans that are broken.. some people like to soak theirs I prefer to wash mine then boil for 20 minutes..Drain and pour into to crock pot with ham hock or salted pork put in my water some like more or less..I like to fill my crockpot half full of water..cook on low for 8 hours or until tender..for a spicy kick cut up a jalepeno and cook with beans..
