Elkin Municipal Park Bandstand

Captain Mark Garner Post 7794 Veterans of Foreign Wars will present the annual Memorial Day Ceremony honoring our area's fallen veterans.

This year's featured speaker will be Captain Dennis A. Lazar, United States Navy, Retired. The program will also feature a presentation of colors and laying of the wreath by members of the Elkin High School Junior Army ROTC Unit and a musical program by members of the Elkin High School Chorus.

Due to limited seating, those attending are encouraged to bring lawn chairs.
