The 55 drop to 45 is just a speed trap. Officers love to park off road at bridge. Be careful if you travel it a lot,especially in early morning you can't see them until it's to late. During day also,them black patrol cars are hard to see.

I assume that Sparkles is talking about the 268 Bypass. But is it before the North Bridge Street intersection, where it drops from a 55 to a 45? Or past the intersection, where it's 45 until you go pass the I77 intersection?
A lot of people just keep going 55 until they get to the North Bridge Street intersection, and I'm not really sure why they dropped it anyway. But after that, there are a lot of access points so it's dangerous to go too fast.

Slow your butt down before you get somebody killed.
