Odd they are coming back! but I think when they left the first time, they were under banktruptcy and that had something to do with it. I think the Elkin Store was very busy, so maybe that is why they returned?

It's gonna be in the old K-Mart building in Elkin. Yes, it's the same location they were at before they closed shop the first time. It's weird to me that they are coming back and trying it again, but who knows, maybe they'll make it this time.
