If you were on Zephyr Road this morning you would have almost hit a dog also. I counted the seconds as I was hitting the brake waiting til the car behind me would hit me! Luckily he didn\'t. But I was shaking all the way to work. Get that dog on a leash or in a fench. This one lays in the gutter and stands in the road every mornig!

Please keep your animals out of the road. If you truly care for for your pets then why let them play where they can be seriously hurt or killed? Take them inside or get a fence. At one house in particular, I know the dog will be in the road so I go slowly to avoid hitting it after several near misses including one that happened on my way home from work after midnight last night. I swear that dog thinks the road is its bed. I don't want the death of a animal on my conscious so please keep them out of the road
