EagleLeader, You have been drinking from the green Koolade, any parent has a single agenda and it is not the team. Maybe the upper classmen are not buying into the new coach and his system. That's like employees not buying into the new boss, they get fired!

Eagleleader, I do not see a problem. Most coaches like to have the best they have on the field so they can win. You sound like a loser, so I can see why you feel that way.

No i dont have a son on the team but i do have a family member and none of the sophomores has taken his spot. But i believe that the ones who are there and hear and experience everything have a good grip on what goes on that others have no idea about.

EagleLeader. Sounds like one of the sophomores is starting over your kid. If you're hearing this from members of the team it would be best to take it with a grain of salt.

The negative energy is spread each day on the field and on game nights!! Do you really think saying something to a coach does any good? Only if you are a big time booster club member feeding thousands of dollars a year into the program. I am not the one who tells the ones who are the pets that your doing a great job while you tell others who have done a better job and produced better results over the years that you wont see the field any.

Or maybe you should talk to the coach about your issues and quit spreading negative energy for the whole team! If you or your child are unhappy make your decision, dont try to get other people to jump on your bandwagon!

Not sure i follow that, the head coach was the one doing all of the talking to each player. The former coach moved to Starmount i believe. Not sure about this but I was told there are a few Seniors who are really good players and who have really good speed but they were told their playing time would be limited.
Maybe the team should just quit on him and leave him with 11 players since that is how he seems to want to work things.

I guess we are now finding out why they chose this coach over the present head coach from a school in Iredell County. NOT !!!

I was told tonight that the coach pulled each player in and told them either they got playing time or not, big shocker here that all of the ones who have been getting the majority of playing time is safe while others are basically told no matter what you do in practice that your role wont change. My question is what is wrong with this scene? It sure isnt like they are 3-0. How does this produce confidence in the team? I just feel like the entire situation there is messed up. I guess heart and hard work means nothing anymore.
So what happens if they end up and say they get to a point where they are 0-5 or 0-7?
Just sounds like to me as vanilla as the former coach was we would be better off if he was still there with alot more talent than last years team.
