For a start don't know why star mount didn't want to run there's not that much difference in their athletes and by the way north boys and girls play a ugly style of basketball that's boring but it seems to be working for them ,,,just like it has for alleghany similar to the old flex offense

Or you can do like the girls team and score and play some defense. Has worked for them. They play up tempo. That's another way to control the pace. Their games are way more exciting to watch.

odd to say the least but if you want to slow the pace down and control the tempo, that is the way to do it. Puts more pressure on offense to make each possession count.

Yes, it's true about the score. Starmount held the ball in third quarter for about 4 minutes just letting clock run down, that time Starmount was up by 2.

Did anyone happen to see the soccer/basketball game between North and Starmount. I hard it was 26 to 25 Was this true? How can that happen in a varsity boys contest? Did someone hold the ball or what?
