After watching Midnight Madness at E.Wilkes last night. They definitely have 80+ kids in their program. I saw a ton of excited kids, eager to pop pads!!!

No disrespect at all roadking i saw Ew practice a lil. It looked like they had 65 possibly 70. I could be wrong myself i didnt count it was a guesstimate of what it looked like to me. But it was definitely a good amount for a 1a school. They will be quick. They will be small across the frontlines. So hopefully they will have their blocking schemes on point. The defense will be their bread and butter if the defensive line does their thing. The linebackers and secondary have very good speed, from what i noticed. East should do well, if the young line comes together. They have very good speed and depth at the rb positions.

The Ashe Mountain times reported Ashe only had 48. 16 of those are pure varsity aged players.

Hampton stated they will more than likely move some sophomores up and have a small JV team.

East has about 90 players out for both JV and Varsity combined

I haven't heard much about all the MVAC Football team's first day of practice and their player turnout numbers and roster sizes for both JV and Varsuty I was just wondering if anyone's heard anything so far.
